- Terms of payment
- We will accept signed purchase orders from approved schools, hospitals and other institutions. Our terms are nett 14 days, including partial payment for part filled orders. Credit card orders from the above organisations will incur a 2% surcharge.
For private customers we request payment with your order. Master Cards and Visa Cards are also welcome. Credit card orders from private customers do not incur a surcharge.
- Production models may vary slightly. You always receive the latest version. Switches are photographed with some devices - this is to illustrate the function, and does not imply switches are part of a set.
- Returns/Warranty Claims
- We provide a 12 month warranty on products manufactured by Technical Solutions. Other products are subject to the limits of their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty on Toys is limited to 3 months.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Package the equipment well and send it freight prepaid along with a note quoting the Return Authorisation, a contact name, phone number and address, invoice details, and a description of the problem.
Goods Damaged In Transit:
- Goods damaged in transit, must be reported within 5 working days in order to make an insurance claim.
- Return policy:
- Should the goods prove unsuitable you must apply within 14 days of shipment for authority to return them for exchange or credit, less a 20% restocking fee. All returns subject to prior approval, not all goods can be returned. The goods, as well as all packaging, instructions and other documentation must be returned in
“as new” condition within fourteen days of the date of shipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges.
