VERA Edge Z-Wave Home Controller

Bringing all your Z~Series devices together, the VeraEdge Home Control WiFi Server allows you to automate and create scenes from Z~Series modules, integrate your security cameras and monitor and control your home from anywhere.

VeraEdge communicates with Z-Wave Series appliance modules to provide wireless remote on/off control of lamps, fans, heaters, etc. You can remotely switch on a bedroom light from in bed, or turn off a fan plugged into a power point across the room.

With VeraEdge you can do anything today's most advanced smart homes can do. A Z-Wave gateway allows you to control your smart home devices from a mobile device or computer. It lets you schedule events based on motion or light triggers. You will also be able to save your favorite temperature or lighting settings and apply them with one click anytime.

This new model has some cool features like geo fencing which notifies the system when you're coming home. The controller will make sure you have just the right temperature in your bedroom or living room when you arrive. It will help you save energy by switching off all lights and unnecessary equipment when you leave. There are thousands of ways to make your home or office more secure and efficient. Vera is designed to let you experiment with all of them until you find the smartest way to live.

Compatible with HouseMate environment control

The Z~Series is compatible with our ClickToPhone HouseMate environment control system (ECS). Providing disability access to control appliances and devices via your wireless network. This can be achieved using Z~Series in conjunction with an Android phone or Tablet running the the ClickToPhone app and paired with the HouseMate ECS and suitably accessible switch.

A typical System for disability access

• A switch - Jellybean, Specs switch or other accessible switch
• Android or iOS phone or Tablet
• HouseMate environment control system
• VeraEdge (Z~Wave Home Server with built in WiFi router)
• ZWave Plug-In or Wired-In Switch Controller Modules (one for each appliance)
